Services & prices — es · pt-br · vi

9:40 on a monday in monterrey: a finance lead taps ‘reintentar pago’, the card clears, and nobody on your team gets a ticket about it.

Every package is one language and one fixed price — $400, $865 or $1,450 — agreed before a single key is touched. Below you’ll find exactly what each one covers, what costs extra and what doesn’t, and how each of our three languages is looked after.

fig. 01 — a sheet like this comes back with every package: each key, its screen, its limit, and the version that actually fits.

What we localize

three kinds of copy, each with its own way of going wrong

Your product speaks to people in three places: on the screen, in the help center when they’re stuck, and in their inbox the week they sign up. We handle all three, and we already know where each one tends to trip.

  1. ui strings

every button, tab, toast, tooltip and error

    in every package, from $400

Before a word is written, each key is tagged with the screen it lives on and the characters it’s allowed. Plurals are handled the way each language actually counts, formality is chosen once and kept, and placeholders return exactly as they left.

    • ICU plurals, .stringsdict and Android quantity strings
    • Character limits on tabs, pushes and narrow buttons
    • Dates, currency and numbers formatted per market
  2. help-center articles

the pages people read when they’re stuck

8 in the full lantern · $95 each after

Articles are localized, not just translated. Button names in each step match your translated UI word for word, screenshots that need re-capturing are listed for you, and examples are swapped for ones a local reader recognizes — a CPF where the English says Social Security number, a price in đồng instead of dollars.

    • Every UI term checked against your translated strings
    • A screenshot re-capture list, article by article
    • Localized article titles and meta descriptions
  3. onboarding emails

the first messages a new user gets from you

a 4-email sequence fits the patch

Subject lines are written for the inbox preview, where Spanish and Portuguese run long and get clipped first. Preheaders, merge tags and button labels are checked in your email tool’s export, and every greeting is tested against the name your sign-up form actually collects.

    • Subject and preheader fitted to mobile previews
    • Merge tags and fallbacks left exactly as written
    • Send-time and sign-off notes for each market

The packages, side by side

pick the size of the release, and the price comes with it

All three are priced per language and agreed in writing before work begins. If your files sit between two sizes, we’ll suggest the smaller one first and tell you why.

Prices are in USD and invoiced per package once you approve the quote — card or ACH bank transfer. A second language on the same files is quoted in the same reply, usually for less than the first.

Extras, priced line by line

for the pieces that don’t fit neatly in a package

Mention any of these in your first email and they’ll be in the same quote — nothing gets added after you’ve said yes.

A hand-back laid out on a desk: a marked-up bilingual glossary, a phone showing a Vietnamese settings screen, a Portuguese subject line with its character count, jigsaw pieces and a small lantern

fig. 02 — what lands in your inbox at hand-back

  • filestranslated, same format and keys you sent
  • glossaryterms settled for this product, reusable next time
  • notesone page on tone, formality and anything we flagged
  • shotsscreen-check captures, before and after fixes

Not sure which size?

send the files as they are, and we’ll size the package for you

A string export, a few screenshots and your freeze date are plenty to begin. If something’s missing, we’ll ask kindly and specifically — you won’t have to work out what we need.

What our reply holds

one email, everything decided

  1. The package we’d suggest for your files, and the reason.
  2. One fixed price per language, in writing.
  3. A hand-back date planned backwards from your freeze date.
  4. Any context questions, so translation can start the moment you approve.

Replies go out during desk hours, Mon–Fri 8:30am–4:30pm Central.
